Response time of door step service is very short. quality is very good of there products.

one of the best company in Bangladesh now facing debt problem. though they have a good Goodwill in the market. mainly they sold vehicles related products and sell. ips, battery is one those popular product.

I purchase tyre from Rahimafrooz once needs. I continually purchase Japan origin Dunlop tyre. On twenty two January 2018, I actually have purchased a pair of tyres at a value Tk.19,300/- for Japan origin Dunlop tyre. On twenty five January 2018, they familiar me that they delivered Vietnam/Indonesia origin jn position of Japan origin. within the meantime my vehicle was at the workshop for pairing. I'm shocked being a daily client of the corporate however did that fault!!!

Vehicle service centre in Motijhil area. Vehicle related product specially tyre, battery, lubricant oil are available and it is sales centre also. Rahimafrooz produce lucas batteries for vehicles and IPSs. They exports lucas battery in different countries.

I have bought an IPS day before yesterday. the company technicians have come up with a broken casing with some broken wooden planks and a very small amount of connection cables. I have talked to customer care yesterday. still now they have taken no steps.Its a disgusting and very very very poor service.Bad attitude towards customer.its a horrible experience.the behavior of the salesman of Dhanmondi 27 Mr. Ashraf is so irritating and bad mannered which cannot be expressed in words. what a shame that we have a company which exports its product abroad, but its attitude towards local client is so poor....
