Britannia Hotel Sylhet

Hotel was in a great location. Room was a bit old. They haven't upgraded their room since 2014. I last travelled their in 2014. That time their room was in hype. But now. Some room was looked for too long that room started to smell.
Price is a bit high for a room.
We go to sylhet without booking a hotel we didn't get any room anywhere. Lastly we got a room in Britannia hotel.

Stayed there on a trip with my wife. My room was one of the cheapest couple rooms. Got the room for Tk. 2200 per night. The room is decent. One of the windows didn't lock. There was a mirror, a table, a chair and a cupboard. Also had a TV and AC. Room decorations were nice. The bathroom was ok, everything was functional. No bathtub though. Very nice experience. Staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was complimentary. Items include paratha, rice (pulao or khichuri), mixed veg, daal and some apple slices for dessert. Also had Tang as juice. Would come again. Good place for a budget stay

Britania Hotel was my first time at Shylet. I went lots of hotels at shylet but this was the different one this time.
Their main gate was so little.
I only liked their breakfast Buffet policy. This is an wonderful breakfast after long tiring journey.

This hotel is located at the centre of the city surrunded by Ambarkhana mor. Five to 10 minutes walk from dargah road and Mazar. Their customer service was good. Hotel cleanliness is average. Bed quality is also average but should have been better compared to similar nearby hotels. My package included with breakfast which was buffet during my stay. Food quality is average. Room was not sound proof and air conditioner little bit old which generates noise. Overall my score should be 7 out of 10.

They provided an amazing service. Room quality was balanced with money. Behaved well enough to their customers and was helpful.

Hotel Room Quality Very
Hotel Staff Behaviours Very good,
Kawsar khan,Manager Marketing give us best service from his side.

Dinner Quality very very bad. I order some food, Most of the food was not cooked properly. They told you , they will cook for you, but they will give morning cook food

I recommended for stay but not for dinner or lunch
