One of fine shopping mall is Zindabazar Sylhet. But you will not find all brands here. And maximum shops product is not fixed priced. So you need to careful about your clothes quality and pricing also.

3/4 levels in the shopping mall, lots of shops inside. Escalator works most of the time but sometimes we find them turned off for some unknown reason.
No fixed price shops so you must have bargaining skills
