We had a very bad experience today.Basically I went there with my wife and my sisters(my youngest sister had some medical test too) for my wife's pregnancy check up.Dr. Umme Parvin is the doctor for her.She is very generous woman, very professional and also tries to understand patients' . But today we went there for ultrasonography and Dr. Amena Akhter was the consultant. She got so many degrees on medical field.But her behaviour was worst.She didn’t want to allow any attended with the patient because of Corona. we requested her as we were wearing mask also.they almost prepared my wife for ultrasonography but they denied for exmine as we were asking asking for approval.but her and her sisters behaviour was very rude.Not at all professional. She said that my sister used bad words for her.i believe she didn’t do such things as I was there as well as their receptionist. But i was just requesting for permission.Her sister was slamming the door on patients face.I know the owner of the hospital will ignore this matter.They only care and response to the positive review.i would not recommended anyone to go there.they Don't know how to handle or behave with patient and the family.all they care about their position reviews and their degrees. Because they think they are doctors they are always right.
