I've been to a lot of airports around the country and this is one of the nicest and most efficient ones I've been to. It's well organized and doesn't require a ton of transport to get between sections of it. It has a nice, large food court right after ticketing, then you can go through security and get to the terminals to either the right or left. Super easy.

The bathrooms and other facilities are clean and never crowded. The shuttles to the parking lots and getting to the rental cars is also easy.

I am sharing some pictures of the domestic side. I have tried other foods also but forgot to take pictures. The chicken patties was good enough. I took the latte. All the foods are over priced here we all know. But the food quality is good. I shared some of the airport pictures because the view was amazing in the evening. Foods are recommended.

It is One of the biggest international airports of Bangladesh, but it has no international standards at all. The system is not friendly. The area is not so big. So gathering is so disgusting.The behaviour of the staff in gate is not good. They behave rudely with the passengers and the visitors. It is not neat and clean. The authority should maintain the quality.

In comparison with the amount of population of our country, it's quite tough to maintain everything, but the airport authority doing great. There are lots of to improve. Only authority can't make the changes, also people of bd should be more careful.

Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport is one of the most popular and busiest international airports of Bangladesh. At present there is two terminal for domestic and international flight. Bangladesh is going to open 3rd Terminal for the world passengers. Most of time this place is busy with Bangladeshi and foreigner people. There airport facilities car parking. There is a beautiful mosque in this area.
Night view of this airport is awesome. At present, This airport accepts and provides E passport facility.

HSIA is main air access of Dhaka,Bangladesh from domestic and international both,as I’m foreign traveler I’ve so many types of experience here.if someone notice my review from my
1st opinion;
NEVER PLAN/EXPECT ANYTHING YOU CAN GET FROM HERE.
From entrance to departure/arrival you must’ve all preparation to exit this place.
In Covid situation all airports and airlines have so so many formalities and HSIA isn’t different but issue is that other airports have proper information and guidance while you travel through,here situation is complete different. Sometimes airport and airlines stuffs don’t have any coordination.one says it’s the paperwork other say I don’t know ????
Most annoying thing if you fail to support any paper and you need instant support need airlines and airports both disagree to support you whereas they simply make a copy from any airport shop. Once I’ve to pay 500 Taka for three copies of photocopy. The departure lounge for international flights is a place of the lowest class examples of irresponsible inhuman and unforgiving management of Dhaka Airport. They don’t allow passengers take in water bottle with them inside lounge, while they sometimes wait for hours. Passengers are kids, little babies, serious diabetic and heart patients – they must need water. The administration are such stupid, rather heartless that they don’t have brains to install drinking water faucets in the departure lounge. Idiot fools, at least arrange to sell water inside lounge. Use your brain and hearts.
